Ready? Set? Go!

Hey everyone! Has anyone actually started the challenge yet? If not the official challenge day is of course, January 1, 2013. What better way to kick off the new year than to try to get that sexy video vixen body??? I'm so excited to actually have some of you taking this challenge with me. Its going to be a long hard/determined road to the natural video vixen body. BUT!!!!! Even if this challenge doesn't actually give you the typical video vixen body hopefully it will build self-confidence and wellness! I'm DEFINITELY not the healthiest person in the world so maybe I will be able to pick up some healthy habits.

Anyways my very twerktastically fabulous wannabees, if you're serious about taking the challenge, you can email me your measurements and body pictures and will periodically post our progress for the WORLD to see. Don't be shy because I plan to post my pictures up...stretch marks and all! No shame in my game! If you dnt what your face showing or got any other special request just include it in the message.Also, I said that this post would be about post that target the glutes, Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs really takes care of that for me! I still will dedicate a whole post to exercise when we get good and started!


Also, a few extra details about how I plan to do the challenge:

1. I plan to follow a very strict 90-day diet of fruits, nuts, veggies, yogurt, ect. (see previous post)
2. I plan to do some form of cardio every other day!
3. I plan to do "Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs" workout video. (You can get if for the low online or at Walmart!)
4. I plan to do other exercises that focus on the Butt and thigh area and lots of cardio to burn the fat!
5. I plan to hit the gym!

Okay my ladies, one last thing, if you get to the point where eatting only fruits and veggies seem impossible, substitue by counting calories and going extra hard in the gym!!

So, What had Happened Was.....

Hello Twerktastic wannabe's! Your leader... (being me)..has slacked off sooooo badly that I am ashamed.  As soon as I moved into my new apartment and started back in school, I got really distracted, but never fear. I am still taking the challenge. I just had to get refocused! Hopefully some of you readers will continue to take the challenge as well!

I will tell you that despite not getting the perfect vixen body, I did get good grades this semester! Im proud of myself. Now, I am definitely focused enough to start this challenge back. So, it starts today. right now...this very moment the regiment begins. Its a 120 day regiment and hopefully it will fly by! Just a reminder for those who will like to take the challenge. The challenge consists of a diet plan and a workout plan. My diet plan will start with a 90 day virtually no meat/certain drinks diet. After those 90 days are complete, you can start adding turkey, chicken, and seafood to the diet. However, I will had a few cheat days! Remember, if you do decide to cheat, push yourself to exercise even harder. My exercise plan will be exercises basically targeting the glutes and tummy area and of course cardio and I want to also add a pushups to the exercise plan because I think sexy arms enhance the body.

I found this blog page tht had the food plan already wrote out. SO, I'm a just copy and paste it here:

"FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS OF THIS PLAN; YOU WILL ONLY EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES. THE BEVERAGES YOU WILL ONLY IS: DIET GREEN TEA, WATER, AND DIET CRANBERRY JUICE 100%.

AFTER 90 DAYS THEN YOU WILL SELECT MEAT THAT'S ON YOUR GROCERY LIST....

Slacccking

-Okay so I've been slacking....


HARD.


But best believe I have been looking in the mirror, and frankly, Im not loving what I been seeing. Ah Lady needs to get right. I guess I'll post my new measurements and *cough cough* weight just so I can keep it real with my readers and myself mostly.

The whole purpose of this was to get a PHHHHHAT Booty and a smaller waist. Yeah my butt looks bigger but so does my waist and tummy. My tummy is jux one site for sore eyes. If I look  closely it looks whop-sided because I had a whop-sided baby bump. (tragic..) Anywhoos, things have been tough trying to exercise and diet without a buddy and with a now, 6 month old attention hungry little diva.

I'm starting back classes on August 20, sooooooo...hopefully I can start back working out & getting a body like i want it (...like Pinky's!) lol <3


  • Waist: 34 in.  -____-
  • Hips: 47 in -________________-
  • Weight: 170 (to the nearest 5th) O_____o

So my stomach got fat and my ass didnt.. -__- The fuck have I been doing..?!!?! I dont mind gaining weight ass long as it goes to the right place.. && it didnt so Lady got some work to do yah feel me?

Okay....So Yeah...

So, I've remeasured myself and guess what.....

My measurements have changed! My previous measurements were (38b-32.5- 46.5)....now they are (38b-31-46-ish). So basically, I've lost a little waist and a little ass. That's good and bad. That just means i need to get back to doing my exercises geared towards the glutes again because I've been slacking!

SideTracked!

-Well...the title of this post says it all. I've been sidetracking a little with my actual "booty-cises" but i have been working out tho. My personal life is causing me to to get a little "fuck tht shxt" in my system and sometimes its hard to ignore!

Cheater..Cheater..! Beef jerky eater?

-Okay okay...so I been cheating a little bit on my "diet". I've had a few pepperonis on my pizza and I couldn't resist the call of Jack Links beef jerky. I just had to have it!

-Oh and... I also skipped a day doing butt exercises. I meant my thighs were just hurting too bad. Those lunges really kicked my ass, but to make up for it...well not completetly make up for it..I went extra hard at the gym today.

On another note.............



One of the fun things about doing this challenge is that I really be feeling myself. I feel like I'm doing something healthy and positive. I think that I will stick with this...or  at least some of it!


Also, I've tried tofu for the first time. I tastes like egg whites. -___- Not real good but not bad either.

Well, I have a stupid, dumb headache. Until next time..!

Okay...so I just got done working out..(2:43 a.m)..Boy, today my workout kicked my ass..literally. Those LUNGES...the first day I did them, no problem. But today...? I bout quit the challenge..haha but for real tho. If you don't workout often, this challenge will not be easy. THIS I KNOW.

Wellll...I just had to blog about my hard time! Finna take my tired arse to bed..(*in my British accent*)

Smaller Waist...?? Ummm....i can try!

-SO Day 2....Well...I went okay. I haven't done my exercises for today yet, but I'm going do do them later. Anyways, My diet is going okay. It's kinda hard to stick to especially when I have to eat at a restaurant, there really aren't many dishes without meat in them. I'm definitely going to be doing a lot of cooking in the next...(90-2 =...?) 88 days.

-In other news.....

I'm definitely going to have to get a smaller waist. I pretty much have the ass & boobs aspect of a video vixen, but a 32.5 in. waist is not going to cut it. The problem is, how do you get a smaller waistline without loosing ass and bust?? I guess I just gotta keep up the "booty-cises" and keep a balanced diet.

I have to remind myself tho, that the whole purpose of this challenge is to see if it can be done and right now..I'm still very skeptical. However, we gone' see...*in my ghetto voice*

-Imma post body pictures of myself soon, so you can get the idea of what I look like body wise...(as soon i get the courage tho..! )

Umm..Basically Im Skeptical!

-So, I'm really into Hip-Hop music. When watching music videos, there is one thing that really stands out besides the fancy cars and clothes, and that's the women! Okay, so I'm not a lesbian or anything but if a person..male or female really pay attention to the videos, they will notice the unrealistic body shapes of the females. I did a little "googlin'"  to see what the women did and according to alot of articles, the women got that way by diet & exercise along with genetics. After reading a few articles, I was like "BULLSHXT! Ain't no way in hellll..those females got those bodies naturally." Basically, that's why I'm actually keeping this blog. I'm going to challenge myself to see if I can really get the video vixen body. Genetically, I'm already what most would call "thick". To me, "thick" is a sexy pear shaped body.

-My "regiment" (..or thats what i'm going to call it because I like that word) will consist of a diet plan and a workout plan. My diet plan will start with a 90 day no meat/certain drinks diet. My exercise plan will be exercises basically targeting the glutes and tummy area and of course cardio. I'm not setting a definite end date because I will stop when I see results; however, for now I will say an 120 day "regiment".
