Lunges<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<,

-Soo...ah bxtch is tired af!!!! Like...frfr..*

Okay...so I just got done working out..(2:43 a.m)..Boy, today my workout kicked my ass..literally. Those LUNGES...the first day I did them, no problem. But today...? I bout quit the challenge..haha but for real tho. If you don't workout often, this challenge will not be easy. THIS I KNOW.

Wellll...I just had to blog about my hard time! Finna take my tired arse to bed..(*in my British accent*)

Smaller Waist...?? Ummm....i can try!

-SO Day 2....Well...I went okay. I haven't done my exercises for today yet, but I'm going do do them later. Anyways, My diet is going okay. It's kinda hard to stick to especially when I have to eat at a restaurant, there really aren't many dishes without meat in them. I'm definitely going to be doing a lot of cooking in the next...(90-2 =...?) 88 days.

-In other news.....

I'm definitely going to have to get a smaller waist. I pretty much have the ass & boobs aspect of a video vixen, but a 32.5 in. waist is not going to cut it. The problem is, how do you get a smaller waistline without loosing ass and bust?? I guess I just gotta keep up the "booty-cises" and keep a balanced diet.

I have to remind myself tho, that the whole purpose of this challenge is to see if it can be done and right now..I'm still very skeptical. However, we gone' see...*in my ghetto voice*

-Imma post body pictures of myself soon, so you can get the idea of what I look like body wise...(as soon i get the courage tho..! )

Umm..Basically Im Skeptical!

-So, I'm really into Hip-Hop music. When watching music videos, there is one thing that really stands out besides the fancy cars and clothes, and that's the women! Okay, so I'm not a lesbian or anything but if a person..male or female really pay attention to the videos, they will notice the unrealistic body shapes of the females. I did a little "googlin'"  to see what the women did and according to alot of articles, the women got that way by diet & exercise along with genetics. After reading a few articles, I was like "BULLSHXT! Ain't no way in hellll..those females got those bodies naturally." Basically, that's why I'm actually keeping this blog. I'm going to challenge myself to see if I can really get the video vixen body. Genetically, I'm already what most would call "thick". To me, "thick" is a sexy pear shaped body.

-My "regiment" (..or thats what i'm going to call it because I like that word) will consist of a diet plan and a workout plan. My diet plan will start with a 90 day no meat/certain drinks diet. My exercise plan will be exercises basically targeting the glutes and tummy area and of course cardio. I'm not setting a definite end date because I will stop when I see results; however, for now I will say an 120 day "regiment".

Okay, so just for knowledge, I want you to get an idea of what a "video vixen" body is:

For me, to get a similar "video vixen" body, I'll have to either get smaller waist and/or just get a bigger butt.
